DN Digital, operated by David Norton Consulting, Inc., uses AI-assisted tools to support hosting, development, and client
service operations. These tools run on infrastructure we control and receive only the information a given task requires.

• Regulated or highly sensitive information is never sent to an AI provider.
• Client or business information used to support service work is minimized first — identifying details are replaced with IDs, aggregates, or masked values wherever the task allows.
• The AI providers we use do not use our data to train their models and have no independent ability to connect to our systems or yours.

Data sent to an AI provider’s API may be retained briefly — typically 30 days or less — for safety review, unless we’ve arranged otherwise. No AI provider is granted standing access to our systems.
