Yes. $299 is the build price — no surprise charges, no fine print. The only ongoing cost after year one is your care plan and any add-ons you choose. We tell you the total before a line of work starts.

Do I pay before seeing anything?

No. We build a working mockup first. Final payment is due only after you’ve seen the site and approved it. If you don’t love it, you don’t owe the balance. No deposit. No hard feelings.

Which care plan do I need after the free first year?

Your first year of Basic Hosting is included with the build. After that, Basic Hosting is $24.99/mo for hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and standard server-level security. Full Care is $49/mo when you want us to handle WordPress core and plugin updates, Wordfence Premium, monthly health checks, staging tests, and priority support. Basic keeps the site online; Full Care adds hands-on maintenance and security oversight.

How many revisions are included?

Reasonable revisions are included in every build — color, copy, layout, photo swaps. We don’t run a stopwatch. If you want a completely different direction multiple times over, we’ll have an honest conversation about scope.

Who owns the domain and the site?

You do. Your domain is registered in your name and transfers to any registrar at no charge, any time. Your site is built on WordPress — the most portable CMS on the planet. Any developer in the world can take it over. No exit fee. No proprietary platform to escape.

What if I want to move to a different developer?

No problem. We export everything — content, media, configuration — and hand it off cleanly. Your new developer will have no trouble picking it up.

Do you put your branding on my site?
